Don’t Tell Someone You Have a Boring Job

Thursday, August 30th, 2007

By Oh Srichaphan One of the biggest mistakes people make on dates is talking about boring topics that no one wants to hear about. The main thing people talk about is their boring job. Sure, some of the most successful people of the world have notoriously boring jobs. But, a first date is not the time to tell someone all about your boring job. Of course, you shouldnt lie either! The reason you shouldnt talk about your boring job is because when you start talking about boring things, your date will automatically tune out. They will think you are defined by your boring job and will likely think you are boring too. Of course, if they have a boring job, you can choose to do nothing but talk about boring jobs all night long. If you do get cornered and your date asks specifically about your job, you can always try to make it sound exciting. The easiest way to do this is to be mysterious about it all. You can do this by revealing only a little bit about your job. For instance, if you are an accountant you can just tell your date you manage the financial affairs of your company, and leave it as that. Planning To Get A Car Loan?

Wednesday, August 29th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=David_Chong_TC]David Chong TC Have you ever thought of buying a new car? Getting a vehicle is usually the 2nd most important investment in your life next to buying a house. You might know which car or van or even a truck, you want and the color has to be unique. Putting more designs and modifications to further enhance the look and feel is mainly based on ones budget. The deciding factor lies in finding a good new car loan. You dont need to have much research to find that dream car, but you will need to dig deeper to find the finances to get what you want. My whole life, I had always wanted to buy a PT Cruiser. That is my favorite automobile of all time! It might be the advertisements and promotions, but I day I saw this great little vehicle, I knew I had to have one. I started looking into various ways to finance the Cruiser and found a few surprises in getting a new car loan. To my relief, these surprises were pleasant. The first discovery I made was finding out that getting the finance to buying a brand new vehicle is much easier compared to getting a second hand car. I was thumbing through the used car catalog when the salesman came over in a few minutes asking me what I was looking for. Naturally I pointed to the PT Cruiser on the catalog I was browsing. Next I mentioned I wanted to take a loan for it and Ill be glad if he could advice accordingly. He explains that if Im to take a loan, I should be getting a brand new PT Cruiser instead of a second one. A shocking look came upon my face. Questioning back, the salesperson continues to explain that it is actually easier to get a new car loan than it is to get a loan for a used vehicle. Well, now it makes sense. Thought cars that come right off the showroom floor make them more expensive, one would think that a new car loan would be more difficult to get. However second hand cars are much more difficult to finance because usually the previous owner wouldnt let them go at a lower price of the buyer. Say if you buy a second vehicle, the bank has less collateral. In that sense, you get less for the value for the same amount of cash, with the extra middleman of the previous owner, you are in for some headache. Thus a new car loan insures that the lender will get a newer, and more valuable automobile if the loan goes into default. Now, after one has experienced these things, perfect situations are usually not as peaceful as they seem. Nothing is cooler to getting on to a new car with 000000000 on the odometer. Getting that new car loan is going to get us all pumped up to put that first mile on the odometer. However, many of us know that vehicles value depreciates the moment you drive it off the pavement of the showroom floor. And it can drop as much as 30%! That is just the beginning. The largest depreciation occurs for the first two years of the cars life. Weight Loss: It’s Not About the Numbers, It’s Your Approach!

Monday, August 27th, 2007

By Greg Ryan Today obesity, diabetes, and heart disease run through us at epidemic levels. Why? The answer lies not in thethousands of different kinds of diet, weight loss and workout programs offered, the answer lies in the approach. But, no one wants to talk about that. Do you ever wonder whythat is? Do we not want to know, or could it have something to do with the doctors and those in the fitness industry not wanting to explain the best approachto us? Maybe they dont even know the right way themselves? But, I think deep down we want and needtoo know. Quote: While exercise and eating guidelines are based on goodscientific principles, they do not go along with human natureor common sense. Recent history is telling us this; we are better off with encouraging the mediocre people who are willing toinclude exercise in their daily lives, rather than cramming guidelines down throats that are far beyond the reach of the majority of people. In the end, keeping things simple combinedwith support usually works better. – Greg Ryan From his e-book: Just MOVE it, www.resolutions.bz Over the years most of us who are out of shape and want to lose a few pounds and feel a little better about ourselves, developed many different behaviorstoward exercise and food. Some are good ones, but most are just barriers we have built in our minds. I guessyou could also chalk it up to pure laziness. However, the bottom line is we are going to continue down the path of destruction until someone comes up with a plan to help people deal with the reasons behind such behaviors. No pill will do it long term, no eight minute abs routine will concur the patterns; the only thing it will take is introspection. But, do we want to hear that? Maybe, that is just too painful to even think about right now. Do you mean I will have to take a good long look at myself? Maybe so. At the end of the day, you are going to have to ask yourself, Do I deal with it now or do I deal with the consequences later? Because thats really what it comes down to. Face the truth on your terms today, or face the reality on lifes terms down the road in a hospital bed. I chose to deal with it now. So where is the magic? Its not in the pills or programs being fed to us today and its also not found so much in the numbers on an exercise chart, the amount of weight you lift, or the miles on a treadmill. Our success lies in how willing we are to deal with the roots of the unwanted behaviors. Figuring out what truly motivates us and developing a great support system. Do we really want to continue to put a bandage on a bleeding artery?Or do we get serious and do some mental surgery that takes care of the weight problem once in for all. LOSE WEIGHT NOW! What Will You Take For A Dollar?

Saturday, August 25th, 2007

By David Wilding The other day I sat in a meeting listening to a young man extol the virtues of owning real estate. Much of what he said was true. However two things made me sit up and take notice. I couldn’t help but comment. First, he said the interest on your home loan was tax deductible, so the government underwrites your house payment. I asked the amount the government pays him. He said they didnt pay him anything. They allowed the interest on his home loan to be deducted from his taxable income. Assuring him I didn’t want to be nosey, I asked what the deduction meant to him. “Twenty-eight percent of the interest paid, I save on taxes,” was the reply. “So, you get to keep 28 cents for every dollar in interest you pay?” Eagerly he responded, “YES.” He didn’t see the problem with the math. I decided to help him out. I took some change from my pocket and placed 28 cents on the table. I asked if he would give me a dollar for the coins. Before he could answer, I sweetened the pot. I put a total of 56 cents on the table. I said, “I’ll double the amount Uncle Sam gives you. I’ll give you 56 cents for every dollar you can scrape together.” He didn’t seem too excited about my idea. He understood the demonstration. “Pay off the mortgage.” I told him. But he wasn’t through. He mentioned, “The property was going up in value.” I asked his age, and he told me 30. I then asked, how well he remembered the early 1980’s. He didn’t. I told him real estate doesn’t go up in a straight line, and on occasion it goes down. I told him I bought a home in the spring of 1980. Almost immediately the real estate market went flat. Five years later if I sold my home I felt certain I would have owed money to the bank at closing. We waited 10 years before the market started to move up. Just recently the market hit another bump in the road. In our area prices dipped 3% in the past year. With easy money and low down payments, many new buyers find themselves upside down in their mortgages. Many people, who have a home equity loan up to or even exceeding the value of the property, find themselves in the same boat. Did he understand the moral? Yes, he did. Borrow as little as possible, pay it off as quickly as you can. The goal of living debt free is attainable . . . unless you want my 56 cents. Dieting Doesn’t Work - Why Is It So Hard To Lose Weight?

Friday, August 24th, 2007

By Piti Niyomsirivanich 90-95% of people who lose weight with diet gain most of the weight back within 3 to 5 years. Often times more body fat, or weight is gained back due to yo-yo dieting. Diet isn’t the only thing study subjects did to lose weight. Most studies included exercise regimens. So any weight loss could have been due to exercise and not to diet. Many people in diet studies lost weight, gained it back, and went back on a diet before the end of the study. Such patients would be counted as having long-term weight loss when they simply lost weight only for a short period of time. Why don’t diets work? There are two issues. The first is that it’s just plain hard for people to change their eating behaviors. Lifestyle change will work if you have realistic expectations, good support, and choose a plan that you can stick with — a plan that will give you moderate change over a long time. And the second reason is that even if you do succeed at a diet, the rule of diminishing returns comes into play. Rule of Diminishing Fat Storage Is a Natural Survival Mechanism. The body’s ability to efficiently store fat began as a survival mechanism when our human ancestors were hunter-gatherers. Human beings lived in an environment that had no quick and easy sources of food. Early humans needed some kind of physical means to store energy. When our ancestor couldn’t find food and went for long periods of time without food ,their bodies acted like a life preserver, storing fat in anticipation of the inevitable periods of famine. So when you ry to “diet” by going for long periods of time without eating , your brain senses the starvation and sends an SOS signal through your body to store fat because famine is on its way. That’s why people who go on fasts and extremely low-calories diets don’t lose the expected weight. Their protective mechanism preserve your body fat. The body developed this ability to slow down the metabolism and store extra fat during periods of famine. If we didn’t have this ability,we would not have survived the lean times. When you keep to a reduced-calorie diet, your body makes metabolic adjustments that make it harder and harder for you to lose weight,Your body becomes very efficient, and you have to eat less and less to continue to lose weight. If you had the will to go on a diet, the fact that it steadily becomes less and less effective makes it even harder to stick to it. A lot of people go on a low-calorie diet for a few weeks and expect to lose a lot of weight. But if you do a crash diet, you will only regain the weight. Why is it so hard to lose weight? Diet is affected by social issues, by what you do when you are with your family and your friends. In the current American setting, which really encourages unhealthy eating and dietary patterns, it is difficult to keep these lifestyle changes going. People who want to achieve and maintain a healthy weight should start working at lifestyle changes they can maintain — even if it means not losing weight, but just staying at the same weight. Conclusion. People should try to eat healthy food in moderation and exercise periods. Fat-Burning Foods

Wednesday, August 22nd, 2007

By Chris Chenoweth In your quest to lose weight, there are a variety of foods that are not only healthy and nutritious, but help your body lose weight naturally and increase your bodys rate of fat loss. Incorporating some or all of these foods into your daily diet can speed up weight loss, build a healthier body, and put you on the road to a healthier lifestyle. *Apples and berries contain pectin. Pectin restricts the amount of fat the cells can absorb and forces the cells to discharge fatty deposits. *Citrus fruits contain high concentrations of Vitamin C. Vitamin C burns fat by liquefying it. This makes it easier for the body to flush fat from the system. *Calcium in dairy products like milk, cheese, and yogurt plays an important role in weight loss by accelerating the fat breakdown in fat cells. *Broccoli and Cabbage both contain very high quantities of calcium and Vitamin C AND are full of fiber! *Lean Turkey fires up the bodys fat-burning abilities by boosting metabolism and building lean muscle tissue which burns more calories. *Oatmeal and Whole Grains are great sources of fat-absorbing fiber that keep the body full by providing it with energy. They also rev up the metabolism which is necessary for burning fat and calories *Eggs are high in protein and essential in burning fat. If you are concerned about cholesterol, you can eat the white part as that is the most nutritious part of the egg. *Olive Oil keeps your cholesterol down and burns fat. Dont forget the first rule of a good and healthy diet is to drink water, lots of water! Water flushes out the system and eliminates harmful toxins. It enables the body to run more efficiently, speeds up metabolism, and makes it easier to lose weight and burn fat. Your body is made up of 70% water and needs a lot of water each day to perform its necessary functions. Psychology Of College Interview

Monday, August 20th, 2007

By Jonathan Mayheart Preparing for an interview is as stressful and as difficult as it gets, for some reason we always want to impress the people who are examining us and we always want to get the job, even people who go to multiple interview admit they want all their interviews to go well and that they would like to get accepted to all of the jobs they are interviewing for. This is rarely the case, as we know that for each spot there is a lot of competition and its not getting easier as time passes. The thing with a college interview or a university interview is that this has much more, in terms of life meaningful events, so the person interviewing does have a lot hanging on the balance and it is only normal that this will be followed by a lot of stress. Understanding how important a step is sometimes makes it very difficult to succeed as many people have learned over the years. The psychology of interview preparation does not have a lot of empirical data on rates of success or failure in college interviews for a simple reason, no candidate will allow researchers to test him or her while preparing for such an important interview, but many have honesty answered a lot of the questions that psychologists asked them regarding the difficulties they had prior to the interview and the tips we have for you are based partly on these answers. While preparing for the college interview it is important that the candidate understands that it is not a standard step for him or her, even if most of the people in the candidates life have gone to college it does not yet mean that everyone is built for the college experience, and college is not necessarily an indication of potential to succeed as many of the brightest minds in the last 50 years have been either rejected or removed from colleges. The understanding that this is an individual step and that the control over the decision to go to college is the candidates and no one else provides a much needed feeling of freedom of choice and relives the candidate of necessary pressure to prove himself to the environment. The second step in the mantel preparation for the college interview is to think about the reasons for the college to accept the candidate, if the candidate has done his or her research well they should know the college that they have applied for very well and they could easily express their motivation to spend their time and enjoy the education offered by that institute, it is a simple exercise in positive thinking and self promotion, there is no reason why an institute will reject a person that is extremely eager to join it, and by researching and knowing everything there is to know about the place the candidate can not only prove to himself that he is worthy of entry but also project that feeling throughout the college interview. Jonathan Mayheart, specializing in BioData, has been studying and researching interviews. Jonathan recently wrote a few articles about College Interview Tips at http://collegeinterview.zupatips.com. EFT for Weight Loss - How to Stop Eating from Fear of Not Getting Your Share

Monday, August 20th, 2007

By Kathryn Martyn, M.NLP Do You Sometimes Eat Because You’re Afraid You’ll “Miss Out” on Something Wonderful Otherwise? Have you ever finished a huge meal, Thanksgiving dinner for instance, and being so stuffed you couldn’t possibly eat another bite, when suddenly someone showed up with another dessert? Did you suddenly find just a bit of space to eat a little more? That’s eating out of fear; the fear of missing out, the fear of not being part of the group (everyone else is having some and you want your share too) and it has nothing to do with hunger. This same thing can happen with any feeling — you may feel exhausted. You had a rough day at work, a traffic jam on the way home, a flat tire, and now you have a headache. You are bone tired and want to do nothing but sleep, when suddenly the phone rings. It’s a call saying, “You’ve just won a million dollars! Can you come right down to pick it up?,” and you’re rushing out the door with your coat half fastened, you’re so excited you can hardly wait. What happened to your headache? Probably it’s gone or is now just a faint memory. What happened to your exhaustion? It’s long gone too, replaced by a new surge of energy because your beliefs about your energy level just changed. All belief shifts happen that quickly. The first belief shift you must make is in allowing something as simple as the EFT methods to work for you. They are helpful beyond belief, and that is why you must temporarily suspend your judgments and give it a try. Most people find they are reluctant to use these methods once they learn them simply because they don’t really want to end their overeating habits at all. If you find that is true for you, then use EFT to dissolve those issues too, and eventually you’ll be a person who can eat what they want, and maintain a healthy body weight. We all want better health, but sometimes our inner desires are stronger than our outer. You don’t have to know why you do the things you do to solve them. Do a round of EFT first, then go ahead and eat whatever you want. You may just find you don’t want it with the same intensity as before. I promise if you just give it a try, you’ll experience an unexpected result. For example, you’ll start to get up to move toward the kitchen, even when you’re still full from dinner because you’ve done it a thousand times before. This time though, you’ll stop and remember that first you want to do a round of EFT. Then just sit down, take a few minutes to get control of your breathing, relax, do a quick round of EFT, and see what happens. EFT Ideas for Breaking the Fear of Missing Out Eating Habit “Even though I want to eat ______, even though I’m not really hungry, it’s okay and I’m okay with myself.” “Even though I can’t break this overeating habit, I deeply and completely accept myself anyway.” “Even though I can’t feel satisfied unless I’m stuffed, I deeply and completely accept myself.” “Even though I can’t wait to eat the ice cream (or whatever is your food choice), I deeply and completely accept myself.” “Even though I’m afraid if I don’t have some, I’ll never get any, I deeply and completely accept myself.” Don’t be afraid to say what you want. This is not an affirmation, and you won’t be installing the desire. If you don’t believe me, try it and see. I will say things like, “Even though I can’t wait to eat the whipped cream and I know it’s going to be delicious and I love it more than anything because it’s just the best thing in the world. Oh, how I love whipped cream.” (I might not even do the I’m okay part). Then, recheck your SUD level (the intensity level - you did not it first, right? If not, that’s okay, but now note how much you want that treat food right now.) Is the intensity a bit less? If it’s still high, do another quick round. Go ahead. It takes less than 30 seconds. You can spare 30 seconds, can’t you? Do you Believe You Can End Faulty Eating Habits? Think about your belief in your ability to break this simple habit. The habit of eating when you’re not hungry. The habit of needing to feel stuffed to be satisfied. You can break the pattern, even if you don’t believe you can. It happens when you first simply stop eating a little sooner. You may still have over eaten, but your level of stuffed can be lessened, and you’ll begin to learn to know when you’ve had enough, too much, or way too much. Start by learning to leave one bite on your plate. (Even the tiniest bit counts, whatever it takes to leave a bit, it’s a start). I know, that idea may seem radical, but it’s a great way to discover how you’ve eaten everything on your plate because it’s a habit to do so. Even if you only leave one pea, leave something on your plate. Secondly, just because there is more on the serving plate, don’t think you need to take more food. Wait a few minutes. Settle in. Get comfortable with the feeling of satisfaction. Get in touch with your hunger levels. I remember learning to recognize my hunger levels and the shock (and dismay) when I’d realize I’d had enough but half my food was still on my plate. I learned to ask for a doggy bag, take it home and eat in the next day. I learned to sometimes fix myself less food. I learned half a sandwich is sometimes enough. I learned a piece of fruit can satisfy my wildest hunger, for now, while I wait for dinner to cook. I learned, and so will you, when you just start to pay attention. You can still have it all, but maybe you’ll eat half now and half later. Small shifts in your beliefs about what you can accomplish may take a bit of time, but when you do make the shift it will seem sudden and it will be permanent. Ask anyone who’s lost a lot of weight and kept it off, and they’ll tell you, “I don’t know, something just suddenly clicked.” You can experience this click too. Start Noticing How Often You Eat Without Hunger Start today by noticing how much food you’re being offered when you aren’t hungry. Can you take some and save it for later? Just because it’s the holiday season, it’s not an excuse to eat everything in sight because you’ll be starting to lose the weight in January. Why put it off until then? Get more in tune with what you do day-to-day and you can let go of the fear of either suffering through another diet or gaining more weight, or losing it and then regaining it. You don’t have to choose between stuffing or starving. You can learn to eat good food, enjoy it more, and melt into the shape you truly are meant to be. ~~ Kathryn Martyn, Master NLP Practitioner, EFT counselor, author of the free e-book: Changing Beliefs, Your First Step to Permanent Weight Loss, and owner of OneMoreBite-Weightloss.com Get The Daily Bites: Inspirational Mini Lessons Using EFT and NLP for Ending the Struggle with Weight Loss. The Lemon Motor Home - Lots of Misery, Damn Little Recreation

Saturday, August 18th, 2007

By Donald Ladew Youve heard the expression, “Just when I thought nothing else could go wrong, it did.” This is too often the case with motor home lemon vehicles. Its a problem of multiple manufacturers being responsible for what is finally delivered to the customer. When Ford or GM builds and sells an automobile, generally they take responsibility - as much as they take responsibility for anything - for the whole vehicle. With a motor home this is not the case. Heres a possible list of major components built and separately warranted by different manufacturers: - Engine Cummins Diesel - Transmission Allison/GM - Chassis Freightliner - Coach Fleetwood (and many others) Various components of the finished product have their own warranties. Appliances are a good example. GE might make the refrigerator and Sears the stove. These manufacturers warrant their own products. Many of the components, large and small, are in some way interconnected mechanically, electrically, even electronically. The transmission connects to the Engine. The engine is mounted on the chassis, the coach is mounted to the chassis and covers the engine and around and around we go. The hipbone is connected to the thighbone, the thighbone is connected to the leg bone, and the leg bone is connected to the anklebone, so goes the old song. What happens when something goes wrong? What happens when one or more of these interconnected components has a malfunction? Who is responsible? Who steps forward? In an ethical world, a world where honesty is the rule, mechanics and manufacturers representatives of the various components would figure it out and the maker of the malfunctioning part would step forward. The responsible person would say, “Its my component that failed, Mr. and Mrs. Jones. Well get right on it and fix it.” This isnt the way of the world. If you, as an owner of a motor home, find yourself in this situation, you will get to watch a lot of company representatives behave very badly indeed. Nowhere outside of a police holding cell will you see greater efforts by the various manufacturers representatives to blame each other. Responsibility among the various manufacturers is as foreign as political integrity in Washington D.C. Motor homes are susceptible to the same problems experienced in automobiles and also problems that are uniquely found in motor homes. Like the modern automobile, motor homes make use of computers to control the various vehicle systems. The difference is that a motor home is a combination truck, (chassis and diesel engine), residence (has many of the qualities of a home such as rooms, showers, appliances, walls, decorative elements, etc.) and its a lot like a bus. Its big! There are also special characteristics unique to RVs. Think about rooms that extend out of the side of the coach, and portable bathrooms. The possibility for really unpleasant problems abound. We see it happen time and time again. The manufacturer does the right business thing. They innovate; they put their creative people to work developing neat things to catch the buyers interest. This is a good business approach to take. It is how American businesses stay ahead of the competitive curve. They send out their survey people to discover what the consumer wants and then do their damndest to provide it. Now, with the latest innovation in hand, the designers meet the production people. Often these meetings resemble, human meets bug-eyed alien. The innovators are high on how cool it all is, and production is thinking, “How in Gods name can we build that! Its going to cost a fortune.” A good example in the motor home world is the “slide out”. A slide out is essentially a electro-mechanical method whereby a room in the RV is made bigger by extending it out from the side of the vehicle. See Figure 1 for an example of a typical slide out. Its a great idea that loses much in the translation from design to production. Very, very few slide outs are without some sort of problem. We have seen in previous articles that many of the problems were related to electric/electronic systems. In the motor home we see all of the electrical and electronic problems plus the mechanical. This is not surprising. Remember the motor home is a vehicle trying to be a house. Workmanship comes up over an over in the defects listed. Generally, if you buy a new sedan you are not worried that it will leak like a sieve in the first rain shower. Motor homes frequently have problems with leaks, especially around and in the slide out. At least when you buy a house, barring earthquakes and tornadoes, it is meant to stay in one place. Anyone who lives in California knows what happens to the house when the earth begins to shake. The house is twisted in all sorts of directions. Afterward, cracks appear, doors are out of plumb, plaster falls, foundations warp and maybe the roof develops a leak. When you drive an motor home all over the country, over roads in various states of disrepair, you are creating a kind of continuous earthquake effect on the vehicle, on your portable house. We see the results in lemon motor homes all the time. Those that were designed with these effects in mind, come through none the worse for the wear. Others, where the driving force in production and they did everything as cheap as possible, manifest all the problems youd expect after an earthquake and some that are unique to motor homes. The following is a list of typical problems from RV Owners. I have not included the name of the Manufacturers, as this is being written after the fact, and who knows, maybe they have gotten their act together (skeptical look). In one year an owner reported the following problems with his 32-foot class C deluxe 5th wheel RV: - Electrical outlets pop out of the wall - Two entire panels pull away from their frames due to inferior thickness of the substrate and the necessary spacers to hold them together in the range of humidity that any trailer experiences. - Panels bowed for the same reason - The slideouts have pulled the paneling away from the face wall when the slideout is pulled in, because ragged sheet metal edges of the slideout have dug into the panel due to mismatched surfaces - After extending the slide out, couldnt get it back in, had to pry it back in with a 2 X 4 plank - Easy chair replaced because the upholstery separated from the frame and allowed the padding to slip down. - The center slider section of the screen door will not stay in, due to poor quality control of the space in the center of the door. - The water pump which comes standard on this 32 foot trailer puts out 20 lbs of pressure which isn’t enough to get water out of a PUR faucet filter less than 20 feet away. - Necessary to supplement the heat in the upper bedroom with a space heater because the blower and ductwork is inadequate to get enough heat to the room. - The shower cracked, the roof leaked, the canopy broke, - The toilet lid has broken off - Electrical problems and on and on And after all this, you have the things people say about the quality of service from so-called authorized dealers. I cant say them here and have this article remain “G” rated. One aspect of lemon law is how many days the vehicle must remain at the shop for repairs during the warranty period. Thirty days is the standard in the statute for a lemon vehicle. It is not unusual for lemon motor homes to be in the shop for two and three months, even longer during the warranty period. Heres the key language. It defines a lemon as: Vehicles that continue to have a defect(s) that substantially impairs the use, value, or safety of the vehicle after a reasonable number of attempts to repair the vehicle 4 attempts in California for non-safety related issues - or after the vehicle has been out of service for a particular number of days. Substantial is from the viewpoint of the owner, not the manufacturer. Having the slideout extend in traffic while some speed-crazed Peterbilt driver bears down on you is not safe. Bailing water out of your vehicle after every rain shower is not considered the best use of the vehicle. This might also be thought to decrease the value of the vehicle. If the weight distribution toward the rear of the vehicle is so poor it feels like the front end is a foot off ground, this seems substantial to us. This is very definitely a safety issue. I could go on for a long time. What is the bottom line? Dont put up with it. Get legal assistance. The law allows you to get a refund or a replacement. Although after your experiences with your lemon RV, you may want to buy an M1A1 Abrams tank and pay a visit to the manufacturer. Leveraging Home Equity with Negative Amortization Mortgage Loans

Friday, August 17th, 2007

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Keith_Hinkley]Keith Hinkley Every where I go people ask me if I recommend payment option mortgage loans. I have been selling these loans for many years, but I was called then negative amortization loans. You get a low monthly payment, and then at the end of the year the mortgage company holding your paper increases your mortgage balance. In some markets across the nation, this could be very risky to say the least. To be fair these loans have evolved. Now these home loans offer 3 or 4 payment options each month. Borrowers can select from the different payment options. Consider the fully indexed payment, the interest only payment, and the ridiculously low interest rate with the the neg am payment. Why are negative amortization mortgage more common now? One of the reasons that these types of more complex loans are increasingly common on the market is that mortgage lenders have better data, support and technical tools for estimating risks as well as better credit scoring data available. Therefore home lenders today can handle more loan types, e.g. negative amortization loan, no interest mortgages and piggy back loans. Remember when pricing a mortgage loan online, to check multiple resources, and get “Good Faith Estimates” from each mortgage lender that you talk to. Discuss the loan process and request for information about negative amortization mortgages. Take advantage of online calculators, rates and always request free quotes with no obligation. If you have decided on your home mortgage loan needs, start comparing interest rates and costs online. Keith is one of the top mortgage writers for home mortgage loan related topics.
